Krystal and Mikey met in St. Joseph Missouri when they both were attending Missouri Western State University. You couldn’t meet a sweeter couple! These two had a beautiful and emotional church ceremony and then wanted to travel to their alma mater to take some photos on the campus. This was my favorite part, as this place was a big part of their lives and the reason they found each other. 🙂 They were such troopers on this super hot day and we got some great images. The best part was being able to get into one of the classrooms on campus! It made for some unique images that were very personal to this couple.
I just loved the details of their reception. They had board games set out on each table for their guests to enjoy. They also had a pool table and ping pong table set up! Their reception was full of joy and laughter. Krystal even had a video call going with a friend that was deployed and couldn’t make the wedding. She was supposed to be her maid of honor and even gave her speech to everyone through the video call. It was such a sweet moment! I want to thank Mikey and Krystal for being so wonderful and allowing me to take part in their special day!
